Description

Escape the stressors of your daily life in this course and learn how to meditate in this introductory course. Students will learn the art of meditation as well as practicing the basics of concentration and meditative breathing techniques. Bring blanket or meditation cushion, shawl wrap or hooded sweatshirt and notebook and pen.
